Modern hotel in a nice building with awesome views of the ocean. The staff - exceptional and pleasant. The spacious room & nice bathroom. Magnificent, marvellous location in New York City, not far from the ocean, the beach, and the ferry. Also, in the Margie restaurant.

This is a clean, incredibly beautiful hotel. Nicely decorated, reasonably large room complete with 2 queen beds as well as the bedroom. The venue's location is excellent and the staff are outstandingly accommodating and super friendly. Queens district deserves your time and attention. There is an attached restaurant on site.

The hotel is clean, has views of the sea and the balcony. The staff are affable and helpful. Rooms are air-conditioned with the bedroom and 2 queen beds, for instance, food is great. The attached restaurant in the venue is excellent.
